Our approach
First the conversation.
Then the plan.
A remodel brings a lot of decisions together. Give the important ones room before work begins.

Start with the rooms, priorities and budget you have in mind.
- 01
Understand the home.
Discuss the space, the changes you want and the budget and timing you are considering. An initial consultation helps define the project.
- 02
Develop the design.
Review layout ideas and material selections. The published process includes a design and preconstruction stage; ask which agreements and fees apply to your scope.
- 03
Agree on the details.
Talk through the written proposal, allowances, selections and schedule before construction. Clarify who will be your contact and how decisions will be recorded.
- 04
Follow the work.
The company describes a client portal for project information, updates and photos. Confirm how communication will work for your project.
- 05
Walk through together.
Review the finished work and discuss remaining items, care information and any applicable warranty documentation.
A useful first conversation.
What should I bring?
Photos of the rooms, a short list of what needs to change, a few references you like and the priorities that matter most. A rough budget and desired timing are helpful too.
Does this preview book a consultation?
No. This independent private website concept does not send information or reserve appointments. The contact page shows how an inquiry could be organized.
